How to change car skins on an Assetto Corsa server

Assetto Corsa has many car skins available by default, allowing players to customize their car's appearance. By following this method, players can also change the skins of AI Racers and any other cars that appear in races.

How to Change Car Skins on an Assetto Corsa Server

1. Login to the QuickHost Game Panel

2. Stop the server.

   

3. On the left select Files.

   

4. Open the cfg folder.

   

5. Open the entry_list.ini file for editing.

   

6. Navigate to the SKIN= section for the desired Car.

   

7. Change SKIN= to the desired skin name.

8. Once finished editing, on the bottom right choose Save Content.

   

9. Start the server.

   

How to Find Skin Names

1. Log in to the QuickHost Game Panel.

2. On the left select Files.

   

3. Find the following directory: /home/container/content/cars .

   

4. Open the skins folder for the desired car.

   

5. Take note of any desired skin names in the folder.
