How to cancel a service

Canceling a QuickHost server follows a straightforward process. It's essential to be aware that server cancellation leads to the permanent deletion of all connected data. We suggest to create backups for crucial data beforehand. If server issues arise, the QuickHost support team can help resolve the problem instead of canceling the server entirely. About Refunds
Per QuickHosting's TOS, if cancellation is desired within three days of placing an order, create a ticket to request a refund. If it has been more than three days, QuickHost will not issue a refund.

How to Cancel a Server

  1. Login to the QuickHost Client Area.

  2. Click Dashboard

  3. Choose an active server to cancel, click the eye under actions.

  4. Click Cancel Product

  5. Type a reason if you want and select a Cancellation Type

    End of Billing Period - The server will be canceled after the current period is over.**
    Immediate** -  The server will be canceled within 24 hours of the request.

  6. Select Cancel "Server Type"

  7. A confirmation page will appear and an email will be sent.
